Today’s work environment has become a complex terrain to navigate. Sometimes you need an outsider to help you objectively examine your situation and help you create a targeted action plan.

Our Virtual Workplace Coaching and Counseling provides you with a private, safe place to work through your workplace issue(s). Our Industrial/Organizational Psychology professionals are experienced in helping individuals solve their workplace performance and professional development issues.

Our workplace coaching and counseling service starts out with an introduction email so we can get to know each other. You will be introduced to your workplace coach/counselor and asked to complete an issue description form to email back to us. This gives you the opportunity to tell us what you would like to work on and briefly explain your situation. You may be asked to complete a brief online assessment/questionnaire, as necessary. 

Our Virtual Workplace Coaching and Counseling sessions are customizable and flexible. There are many different ways that we offer virtual workplace coaching and counseling, ranging from email sessions to weekly webcam sessions. The choice is yours. To help you make your decision, we've listed a few of our standard packages below.

Email Workplace Coaching and Counseling consists of focused, detailed email conversations. You and your online workplace coach/counselor will correspond with discussion, questions, feedback, and suggestions for improvement. Your coach will respond to you within 2 business days of receipt of your email messages. This service costs $25 per workplace coach/counselor email or $70 for 3 emails/sessions.

Monthly, Unlimited Email Workplace Coaching and Counseling consists of unlimited monthly email support. Your online workplace coach/counselor will maintain email correspondence with you throughout the month and will reply to your email messages within 2 business days of receipt. This email service is recommended for more complex issues that require more frequent communications, feedback, and improvement actions. This service costs $200 per month paid on a per month basis or $540 for 3 months of service.

Chat Workplace Coaching and Counseling is conducted in a private, secure chat room with your online workplace coach/counselor. This type of session is for those that want their online workplace coaching and counseling more interactive than email support. You will meet your workplace coach/counselor online in a secure server. This session is strictly confidential and you will receive a transcript of the session. This service is $45 per 50 minute session or 3 sessions for $125.

Telephone Workplace Coaching and Counseling is for those people who do not have access to a computer or can be combined with webcam sessions. This usually consists of a 50 minute session one time per week. You and your online counselor will arrange a time to talk and he/she will call you at the time of the session. This service costs $80 per session or 3 sessions for $220.

Set up a phone session with your workplace coach/counselor now.

Webcam Workplace Coaching and Counseling is for the person who wants a face-to-face session with an online workplace coach/counselor. For this service you will need a webcam and a microphone. We typically use Skype for webcam sessions. Prior to the start of the session, your online workplace coach/counselor will send you his/her Skype information. You will initiate each webcam session at the agreed upon date/time. This service costs $80 per 50 minute session or 3 sessions for $220.

Additional Details:

All sessions include the introductory email at no charge and an online assessment, as necessary, to help us get to know each other and increase our effectiveness during your workplace coaching and counseling sessions.

Most people require more than just a single session. The multiple session packages are offered at a 10% discount off the single session rate.

Prepayment is required for all sessions. For package sessions, you will be required to sign our workplace coaching/counseling agreement which outlines our agreed upon session schedule and session goals.
